Photo Release

I hereby grant permission to [Vegreville Lasers Swim Club] (the “Club”) to photograph, videotape, and/or record me (or my child) during
swim club activities. I authorize the Club to use, reproduce, and publish these images and
recordings in any media, including but not limited to social media, websites, brochures,
newsletters, and promotional materials, without compensation.

I understand that these images may be used for publicity, promotional, or educational
purposes and that my (or my child’s) name may be associated with these images when
appropriate. I further acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in the photographs and
recordings belong solely to the Club.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use of the images. I also
release and discharge the Club, its representatives, employees, and any third parties
acting under its permission from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of
these images and recordings.
